Urban Renewal

from $75.00

Urban Renewal” is an image taken in May of 1974 when urban renewal was underway in Mankato, Minnesota and many of the historic downtown buildings were being razed in the name of progress. The reason for the hearse being parked in the empty lot of one of those razed buildings is unknown, but fitting. The pile of rubble in the background was once Salet’s Department store, a former fixture on the northeast corner of Front and Main.

Please allow two to three weeks for production and delivery of your print. A flat shipping fee of $7.95 will be added to each order. A separate Certificate of Authenticity (COA) will also be provided.

All prints are open editions. Size refers to paper size; however, regardless of the aspect ratio of the image there will always be a generous border to facilitate matting and framing of the print.
