Salt Shed, Bolungarvik, Iceland” was taken in a small fishing village, Bolungarvik, situated in a cove just to the northeast of the larger town of Isafjordur located on the west coast of Iceland. A salt shed or salting-house, is where fish and other perishable foods are preserved using salt. I was taken by the lush green grass, yellow flowers and the ever present Alaskan Lupines.
