Parking Ramp, Mankato Minnesota 1973
“Parking Ramp” is an image taken in April of 1973 when I carried a camera with me everywhere I went, specifically a Leica M2 loaded with Kodak Tri-X. I remember walking up the spiral ramp in the middle of structure and stopping when I saw the stark vertical columns and the curved concrete floors. I knew that the rectangles formed by the white concrete would be dark with no shadow detail, giving me the high contrast, graphic image I wanted.
Please allow two to three weeks for production and delivery of your print. A flat shipping fee of $7.95 will be added to each order. A separate Certificate of Authenticity (COA) will also be provided.
All prints are open editions. Size refers to paper size; however, regardless of the aspect ratio of the image there will always be a generous border to facilitate matting and framing of the print.
If you have any questions about this print, please don’t hesitate to contact me…
